Capacity Building through Technical Staff Certification

Our technical knowledge transfer programs are designed to gradually minimise your reliance on external vendors. We offer two courses:

  • Installation Certification: training in how to prepare an IT environment for a Managed Operating Environment, and accreditation in installing and configuring the Logicus Live Managed Operating software.
  • Maintenance Certification: accreditation in managing, maintaining and supporting the deployed MOE and its users.

Management & Support Services

Studytech also provides a full range of services needed to manage, maintain and support the equipment managed by Studytech's MOE solution through its lifecycle.

  • MOE Support to manage, update and maintain the Managed Operating Environment.
  • Remote monitoring and management service to monitor the environment, resolve problems remotely and undertake routine maintenance without requiring on-site attendance.
  • On-site technical support and maintenance, providing people to visit the site when an issue can not be addressed remotely.
